Terms of Moneyback :

• 18% GST is Applicable on Assisted Plan or Assured Plan
• 100% refund can be claimed within 1 week in case of plan expiry and machine not getting sold via Toolspot/Other Sources.
• In case of machine  getting sold out from Other Sources during plan validity duration, Customers can claim full refund of the amount by submitting a valid copy of Sale Agreement before plan expiry.
• The sale agreement should match the requirement given to Toolspot. Toolspot will verify the claim, this may include physical visit of the machine premises.
• The rent and deposit amount in the registered sale agreement should be equal or higher than the one given to Toolspot relationship manager at the time of plan subscription.
• No refund is applicable if the property is sold via Toolspot or Sale Agreement Submitted( in case of closure via Other Sources) does not match the requirement submitted to Toolspot at the time of onboarding.
