How Our Negotiation Service Works
- Pay ₹1,000 booking fee and select your target discount tier (3%, 5%, 7%, or 10%)
- Our team contacts the seller within 30 minutes and begins negotiation
- We negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible price
- You receive the result along with owner details on WhatsApp
Booking Fee
- ₹900 (90%) is refundable if the machine is no longer available
- ₹100 (10%) is a non-refundable service fee for negotiation effort, seller outreach, and availability checking
Performance Fee
Only charged if our negotiation successfully secures a discount for you. If unsuccessful, no performance fee is charged.
Add-On Services
- Inspection Report (₹199): Detailed condition report
- Price Verification (₹149): Market analysis to confirm fair pricing
- Logistics Quote (₹99): Transportation cost estimate
Timelines
- Owner details: within 30 minutes of payment
- Negotiation results: within 24 to 48 hours
- Refunds: processed within 5 to 7 business days
