1. Return & Cancellation Policy

Toolspot (operated by Thaare Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of industrial machinery. This Return Policy applies to paid services offered by Toolspot, including the Negotiation Service, Transportation Quote Service, Inspection Service, and other premium services.

2. Paid Services

Negotiation Service (₹1,000 Booking Fee)

Cancellation before service starts: Full refund issued instantly
Unsuccessful negotiation: Full refund issued instantly — no questions asked
Successful negotiation: Booking fee is non-refundable once a reduced price is secured

Transportation Quote Service (₹199)

Cancellation before quote delivery: Full refund
After quote delivery: Non-refundable as the service has been completed

Inspection Service

Cancellation 24+ hours before scheduled inspection: Full refund
Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund
After inspection completed: Non-refundable

3. Machinery Purchases

Toolspot acts as a marketplace intermediary connecting buyers and sellers. For machinery purchases made through our platform:

Returns and cancellations are subject to the terms agreed between the buyer and seller
Toolspot encourages all sellers to clearly state their return/cancellation terms in their listings
Toolspot does not own or hold inventory of machinery — all machines are listed by individual sellers or dealers
In case of disputes, Toolspot will mediate between buyer and seller to reach a fair resolution

4. Refund Processing

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card)
Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 24 hours and may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank
Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and email once the refund is processed
