We connect buyers and sellers of industrial equipment, construction machinery, and manufacturing tools across India. Toolspot acts as a marketplace intermediary and does not own, manufacture, or warehouse any machinery listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on Toolspot
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
You agree not to create multiple accounts or impersonate others

4. Marketplace Services

Toolspot provides the following services:

Machine Listings: Sellers can list their machinery for sale with photos, specifications, and pricing
Machine Search & Discovery: Buyers can search, filter, and compare machinery listings
Negotiation Service: Toolspot negotiates with the machine owner on behalf of the buyer for a booking fee of ₹1,000
Transportation Quotes: Logistics quote service for ₹199
Equipment Financing: Assistance with machinery financing options
Machine Inspection: On-site verification and inspection services
Valuation Services: Professional machinery valuation

5. Listing Policies

Sellers must provide accurate information about their machinery, including make, model, year, condition, and pricing
All listings are subject to verification by Toolspot before being published
Toolspot reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or contain misleading information
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must update them if the machine is sold or no longer available

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on Toolspot are in Indian Rupees (₹/INR)
Payments for Toolspot services are processed securely via Razorpay
Machinery purchase payments are arranged directly between the buyer and seller
Toolspot is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Toolspot acts solely as a marketplace platform. We do not own, manufacture, or warehouse any machinery. We do not guarantee the condition, quality, or performance of any machinery listed. Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence, including physical inspection, before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Toolspot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services, including but not limited to losses arising from machinery transactions between buyers and sellers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on toolspot.in, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Thaare Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
