4-Post Screen Printers
The 4-post screen printers are a step up from 2-post screen printers in the sense that 4-post machines can be integrated with a conveyor belt and gripper take- off option (/G) as a 3/4 automatic machine. 4-post screen printers also come with a sliding table which in turn allows for easier registration. All ATMA printers come with a safety bar to protect the operator.
ATMA ATMACE Series [ATMACE 67/G, 710/G, 1014/G & 1216/G]
Known as the G5 version, this 4-post screen printer series comes with button-switch control panel. It features a 4-post design with vertical screen lift that provides extreme accuracy and a big printing area. Available in this series for all models is a gripper take-off that will allow the printed substrates to move on to the next station in the production line following being printed.
Maximum Printing Area:
ATMACE 67: 610 x 750 mm (~24″ x 30″)
ATMACE 710: 770 x 1050 mm (~30″ x 41″)
ATMACE 1014: 1070 x 1410 mm (~42″ x 55″)
ATMACE 1216: 1210 x 1610 mm (~48″ x 64″)
Additional options include:
conveyor belt with gripper take-off, registration pins, and cleaning roller & static eliminator.
